The price of a holiday or travel service depends on factors such as the destination, season, group size, accommodation, transport, permits, activities, and personal requirements.
Unless explicitly included in the quotation or booking confirmation, the price does not cover additional expenses such as international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, meals, optional activities, or supplier charges.
Government taxes, permit fees, airline charges, and other mandatory costs will be handled as described in the relevant quotation.
We will explain any known additional costs before You confirm the booking. If an unavoidable change affects the agreed price after confirmation, we will inform You and discuss the available options before proceeding, subject to applicable law and the relevant supplier's terms.
Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their stated conditions, validity periods, and availability.
The payment schedule for each booking will be provided in the quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure accommodation, transport, permits, flights, or other travel services. The required deposit amount and balance payment deadline will be communicated before You confirm the booking.
Where a booking requires full payment in advance, this requirement will be disclosed before confirmation.
If You fail to pay the required amount by the stated deadline, we may need to release reservations, cancel unconfirmed arrangements, or apply supplier cancellation charges. We will communicate with You where reasonably possible before taking such action.
Available payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, digital wallets, or other methods communicated by Nobel Holidays.
Any transaction fees, card processing fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs that apply will be disclosed before payment where known.
Please use only the payment details supplied through our official communication channels. Contact us to verify any unexpected change in payment instructions.
A booking is not considered fully paid until the required funds have been received and cleared. Customers should retain payment receipts and transaction references.
If the outstanding balance is not paid by the agreed deadline, Nobel Holidays may be unable to issue tickets, secure permits, or maintain reservations. Any cancellation or amendment charges will be handled according to the booking conditions and applicable law.
You should submit any request to change travel dates, traveller details, accommodation, itinerary, or other arrangements in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but approval depends on availability and supplier conditions. Changes may result in additional costs, including airline fees, accommodation charges, permit expenses, transport costs, or administrative fees disclosed before the change is confirmed.
A change is effective only after Nobel Holidays confirms it in writing.
Name changes on flight tickets and certain permits may not be permitted. In such cases, cancellation and rebooking may be necessary.
We understand that travel plans can change. If You need to cancel a booking, please notify Nobel Holidays in writing as soon as possible.
The cancellation date will generally be the date we receive Your written cancellation request. We will confirm receipt and explain the applicable cancellation charges.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked, how far in advance the cancellation is received, the booking conditions provided before payment, and the amounts already committed to suppliers.
Before You pay, we will communicate any applicable cancellation schedule or service-specific restrictions. Cancellation charges may include disclosed administrative fees and non-recoverable amounts paid or committed for flights, hotels, permits, transport, guides, activities, and other arrangements.
Where a specific cancellation schedule has been provided for Your booking, that schedule will apply, subject to applicable law. We will calculate any eligible refund after accounting for valid cancellation charges and amounts that cannot be recovered from suppliers.
Some services, including certain flight tickets, special accommodation rates, permits, and promotional bookings, may be non-refundable or subject to strict change conditions. These restrictions will be communicated before confirmation where known.
If Nobel Holidays must cancel a confirmed service for reasons within our control, we will inform You and explain the available options. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these may include an alternative arrangement, a rescheduled service, or a refund for the affected service.
If cancellation results from a supplier's decision or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will work with the relevant supplier and explain the options available under the booking conditions. Refunds for third-party services may depend on the amounts recovered from those suppliers, subject to any rights You have under applicable law.
Travel arrangements may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, flight disruptions, political unrest, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
In these circumstances, we may need to adjust an itinerary, change transport or accommodation, postpone an activity, or cancel an affected service when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform You and arrange a suitable alternative where possible. Additional costs, refunds, or credits will be handled according to the circumstances, supplier conditions, and applicable law.
Where a refund is due, we will explain the amount and the expected processing procedure. Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method where practical and permitted.
Processing times may depend on banks, card providers, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. We will communicate any known delays.
Any applicable non-refundable charges or cancellation fees will be explained in accordance with the confirmed booking conditions and applicable law.

Where Nobel Holidays arranges flight tickets or other services through third-party suppliers, those services are also subject to the relevant supplier's terms and conditions.
Airlines control their own schedules, fares, baggage allowances, ticket restrictions, check-in deadlines, and operational decisions. Flight schedules may change or be cancelled without notice from Nobel Holidays.
Customers are responsible for checking the travel details on issued tickets and following the airline's requirements. Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage issues, and missed flights will be handled according to the applicable fare rules and airline policies.
We will provide reasonable assistance with enquiries or requests relating to services arranged through us. However, we cannot guarantee a third-party supplier's decisions, performance, availability, or refund approval.
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination or health documents where required, and other travel documents applicable to Your trip.
Before departure, check the entry, transit, passport-validity, visa, and permit requirements for every destination on Your itinerary. Requirements can change and may differ according to nationality, residence, route, and purpose of travel.
Nobel Holidays may provide general information or assistance with travel documentation where agreed. Unless explicitly confirmed in writing, we do not guarantee visa or permit approval.
We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a traveller, invalid or incomplete documents, or a traveller's failure to meet official entry requirements, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Some activities, including trekking, high-altitude travel, rafting, paragliding, and helicopter tours, involve inherent risks. Conditions may change due to weather, terrain, altitude, and other factors.
We may recommend or require itinerary adjustments where reasonably necessary for safety. Travellers must follow lawful safety instructions issued by guides, pilots, activity leaders, and relevant authorities.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure.
Your insurance should cover the activities and destinations in Your itinerary. Depending on the trip, this may include medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trekking at the planned altitude, adventure activities, trip cancellation, delays, and loss or damage to baggage.
Standard policies may exclude certain activities, high-altitude trekking, mountaineering, or helicopter evacuation. Check the policy wording and coverage limits carefully.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Nobel Holidays does not provide insurance coverage and is not responsible for purchasing a policy on Your behalf.
You are responsible for considering whether You are fit to participate in the activities included in Your trip and for obtaining professional medical advice when appropriate.
Please inform Nobel Holidays before booking about any requirements that may materially affect arrangements or safety. Share sensitive personal or medical information only through appropriate channels and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may recommend an alternative itinerary or decline to arrange an activity where there is a reasonable safety concern or where a supplier's requirements cannot be met.
Unless otherwise stated, the content on our Website-including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials-is owned by Nobel Holidays or used with permission.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts or other dispute-resolution bodies in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.
